A whole grass-fed lamb butchered at our USDA butcher to your specifications. Our lambs typically have around a 60 lb hanging weight and depending upon how you have your meat cut yield 25-35lbs of meat (not including organs and bones which you can take home for making specialty dishes, soups and stocks etc.) We charge a flat fee for custom/freezer lamb and it is $550/lamb. Your deposit is taken off your final bill. We are currently accepting deposits for our fall 2023 butcher appointments.
